What this policy covers
This policy describes how HMT Billing Solutions LLC handles information collected through this website. It does not cover information processed under a Business Associate Agreement on behalf of a client practice. That is governed by the agreement between us and that practice.
What we collect
Only what you submit through the enquiry form: your name, your practice or group name, your email address, your phone number, optionally the setting you work in, and anything you write in the message field. We also record which page the enquiry was sent from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.
What we do not collect
This website does not collect patient information, and it should not be used to send any. There is no advertising tracking on this site and no third-party analytics scripts.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, and to follow up about the services you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
