What you can expect
We work inside your practice management system rather than asking you to move to ours. Migrating billing data introduces risk and cost that rarely pays for itself, and a system your staff already know has real value.
We classify before we act. A denial caused by a registration error and a denial caused by payer policy look the same on a report and need completely different responses. Appealing both the same way is how practices end up filing the same appeal indefinitely while the underlying rate never moves.
We report what changed, not what we did. Claims-submitted counts are easy to produce and tell you very little. Our monthly reporting covers collections, denial causes by payer, A/R movement between aging buckets, and the outcome of any disputes, so it can drive the next month's priorities.
And we tell you when something is not worth doing. A low-value denial that costs more to appeal than it recovers, an old account past its filing limit, a dispute whose administrative fee exceeds the likely gain. You get the decision and the reasoning, rather than a quiet write-off.
