Where we work

Available nationwide, concentrated in five states

Billing is delivered remotely, so geography is not a constraint on who we can work with. It does affect what we already know. Payer behaviour, plan mix and dispute processes vary by state, and knowing them is worth something.

Focus states

Where our work is concentrated

Not a coverage boundary. These are simply the states where we have done the most work, and where we start with an understanding of the payer landscape rather than building one.

  • Texas

The most active state in the country for out-of-network payment disputes, and the one where emergency and freestanding-ER volume makes that capability matter most. Texas also operates its own dispute process alongside the federal one, so knowing which applies to a given claim is the first question rather than a detail.

  • Kentucky

Primary care and internal medicine groups across a mixed commercial and government payer base, where consistent eligibility verification and clean claim submission do more for collections than any single downstream fix.

  • Pennsylvania

A dense commercial payer landscape with meaningful variation in policy and prior-authorisation requirements between plans. The kind of environment where denials need classifying by payer rather than handled as one queue.

  • New Jersey

High managed-care penetration and a competitive contracting environment, which puts weight on enrolment accuracy, revalidation discipline and knowing what your contracts actually pay before renegotiating them.

  • Oklahoma

Practices and facilities serving a wide geography, where accounts receivable follow-up and denial recovery carry the load because volume is spread across many payers rather than concentrated in a few.

Everywhere else

We work with providers across the country

Medical billing is delivered remotely and we work inside your existing practice management system, so we can take on providers in any state. Where a state runs its own out-of-network dispute process alongside the federal one, determining which applies to a given claim is the first thing we do rather than an afterthought.
