Pricing

Priced on your book, not on a rate card

We quote after the free billing audit rather than before it. A number given without seeing your claims would be a guess, and a guess is not something you can plan against.

How a quote is reached

What actually moves the number

Nothing here is unusual, and none of it is a reason to delay. It is simply why the same package costs two practices different amounts.

  • Claim volume

How many encounters a month, and how many providers generate them.

  • Specialty and setting

Emergency and urgent care carry different coding and denial profiles to an outpatient clinic.

  • Payer mix

The share of commercial, Medicare, Medicaid and out-of-network work, which changes how much follow-up each claim needs.

  • Scope

Whether you hand over the whole cycle or keep part of it in-house.

Three steps to a real number

  1. The free auditWe review a sample of recent claims and your A/R aging, and tell you what we find.
  2. Scope and quoteYou decide which package fits and what stays in-house. The quote follows from that.
  3. OnboardingWe work inside your existing practice management system, so your data stays where it already lives.

Start with the audit

It costs nothing, carries no obligation, and the report is yours either way.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Why is there no price list?

Because a number published without seeing your claims would be a guess. Two groups of the same size can differ by a wide margin once specialty, payer mix and the state of the existing A/R are known. We quote after the free audit, when the quote means something.

What does the free billing audit cost?

Nothing, and it carries no obligation. You keep the report whether or not you engage us. If it says your current arrangement is working well, that is a valid outcome and we will tell you so.

Do we have to take everything?

No. Billing can be full or partial, and credentialing can be taken on its own. Most groups start with one and add the other once they have seen the work.

Is the provider web portal really included?

It is included at no extra cost with a billing subscription, which is the condition worth being clear about. It is not a standalone free product. The set-up and enrolment work in it is bundled in because it makes the billing we then run for you work properly.

Start with a free billing audit

We review a sample of your recent claims and your current A/R aging, and report where revenue is being lost. The report is yours whether or not you engage us.
